Ich bin gerade am Telefon mit einer "arabischen" Supportmitarbeiterin der Firma Symantec (ehem. Abteilung Veritas) und erhalte kostenpflichtigen Support für Symantec Backup Exec. Im Hintergrund höre ich, wie die Dame fleissig chattet. Dauernd hört man den bekannten "diding"-Sound des MSN-Messengers. Dauernd tippt sie...

Ich frag mal ob sie mir ihre MSN-Adresse gibt, dann kann ich mir zukünftig da den Support holen :-D
